Responsibilities--- Develops strategy for building, enhancing and
implementing various Payroll and HR system related processes and
solutions to support the employee lifecycle.--- Leverages HR
technologies to reduce manual processes, improve organizational
performance, and provide a good user experience. --- Develops,
implements, and maintains policies, and practices to align with
industry benchmarking and best practices, ensuring that systems,
processes, and practices comply with applicable laws, policies, and
regulations.--- Lead the structuring of HR data from multiple
technology platforms to enable efficient reporting and analytics
for actionable insights. Oversee the integration, training and
delivery of all aspects of workforce data strategy, analytics and
reporting, and governance.--- Works closely with HR team members to
incorporate team recommendations for procedural improvements and
service delivery enhancements. --- Ensures the establishment of
well-structured and easily accessible HR data and Key Performance
Indicator metrics, facilitating advanced reporting and
analytics.--- Facilitates partnerships across the organization to
ensure strategy and direction for short- and long-term planning
needed to support company objectives.--- Ensures regular audits of
our HR practices and policies related to Payroll and HR Systems are
conducted and creates a plan to address gaps or necessary
changes.--- Provide leadership for departmental projects and
initiatives.--- Lead change management efforts for projects,
facilitating communication, ensuring user engagement, and managing
resistance to change. Drive a culture of innovation within the
team, staying updated on emerging trends.--- Foster team
collaboration in the development and documentation of policies and
procedures for data governance. Ensure robust data governance,
security, and compliance practices are in place to protect HR data
and maintain regulatory compliance.--- Accountable for relationship
management with HR and Payroll System vendors, ensuring successful
implementation and deployment of new and existing technology
solutions, ensuring efficient resource utilization.--- Provide
leadership, guidance, mentorship, and talent development for direct
reports. Promote a continuous improvement within the team.Job
Specifications--- Bachelor's degree and experience in a relevant
field (e.g., Human Resources, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or related field). Advanced degree or
certifications preferred.--- Minimum 10 years' experience in Human
Resources, with at least 5 years' leadership experience --- 10+
years of proven experience in HR and Payroll systems management,
including oversight of development, implementation, and maintenance
of HR and Payroll applications.--- Proficiency in HR analytics and
reporting, HR relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and
leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.--- Broad
understanding of core HR processes and practices.--- Capability to
work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results leading
major change and transformation initiatives.--- Experience in
process optimization and automation, streamlining HR processes for
increased efficiency.--- Strong history of partnering with other
cross functional departments.--- Strong leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to foster innovation and
collaboration.--- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
abilities.--- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change
management skills.--- In-depth knowledge of HR systems, technology,
and data governance to ensure system security, compliance, and data
integrity.--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant
software.--- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management
(Dimensions), and Power BI strongly preferred.--- Project
Management certification (e.g. PMP, CSM) preferred.--- Ability to
maintain a high level of confidentiality.Working Conditions---
Office Environment.--- Travel up to 10% of the time.This position
is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
