Job Description Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: Work around and/or remove materials that have potential to create hazardous exposure, including but not limited to asbestos, lead-containing materials, and mold Site mobilization, initial site clean-up, and site preparation Use hand tools, power equipment, and other machinery to remove materials Package toxic materials and load them onto trucks for disposal Adhere to health and safety protocols Work outdoors, inside buildings, or in confined spaces On-the-job training offered This position is safety-sensitive. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to perform basic math Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside Physically able to perform assigned tasks Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time Must be comfortable working from heights Must have reliable transportation
