ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a
strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own
office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in
insurance by joining a friend who had just opened his agency. That
experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and
eventually build my own agency. Im a proud graduate of the
University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My
husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are
deeply rooted in the community. Ive also been a foster parent to
five children, and our home is currently shared with our two cats.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team
Member for Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to
our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our
agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a
liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve
the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant
products and services. Grow your career as you better your

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and
services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to
multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
