Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is
available for a Physical Therapist to support a school setting in
Dayton, OR, and Beaverton, OR. This role requires providing
physical therapy services 1-2 days per week through the remainder
of the 2025-2026 school year. This position is ideal for a licensed
PT experienced in both school-based and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy assessments,
interventions, and documentation for students with diverse needs. -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). - Monitor student
progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly. - Participate in
team meetings and compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience: - Licensed Physical Therapist with
valid credentials to practice in Oregon. - Experience working in
school-based physical therapy settings preferred. - Knowledge of
healthcare best practices related to pediatric physical therapy. -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Location: - This contract
position serves schools located in Dayton, OR, and Beaverton, OR.
