global leader in audio technologies engineering and product
development seeking an experienced Electrical / Electronics
Engineer to join their facility in Vancouver, WA. This company is a
global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative consumer

candidates Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 (DOE) Primary Function: The
Audio Electronics Engineer is responsible for supporting the design
validation, testing, and production support of audio systems
ranging from Bluetooth speakers and wireless subwoofers to
high-power Class D amplifiers. The engineer will collaborate
closely with the Seattle-based EE lead, local project management
and mechanical engineering teams, and international partners across
China, Vietnam, and other global sites. This is a hands-on,
lab-focused role emphasizing hardware validation, testing,
troubleshooting, and collaboration on embedded system design for
consumer audio products. Essential Job Functions -
Responsibilities: Conduct electrical validation testing on
subwoofer amplifiers, Bluetooth speakers, and related systems using
Audio Precision test equipment. Perform analog, digital, and power
circuit analysis and troubleshooting. Evaluate and integrate new
DSPs, microcontrollers, ADCs/DACs, and other ICs for prototype
development. Develop and test embedded C/C++ firmware for ARM-based
systems (non-RTOS). Support factory engineers in China and Vietnam
through design reviews, prototyping, and technical issue
resolution. Review safety, EMC, and reliability documentation to
ensure compliance with international standards. Collaborate with
mobile app and wireless IC development teams to optimize system
performance. Create technical test reports, evaluation summaries,
and recommendations for design improvement. Support customer
engineering and marketing teams through all phases of product
life—from concept through post-production field issues. Identify
and qualify component substitutions for obsolete or long-lead
parts. Maintain familiarity with UL, CE, FCC, and other
certification requirements. Follow Business Technology policies to
protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) BSEE or
EET degree required. 5–7 years of experience in Bluetooth,
analog/digital, power, or audio electronics design. Proficiency in
C/C++ programming for embedded systems. Hands-on experience with
breadboarding, soldering, and troubleshooting complex electronics.
Experience using SPICE simulation tools (LTSpice, Microcap, etc.).
Strong understanding of Class D ampli?cation (20–1000W range).
Ability to work with overseas factory teams and communicate
effectively across cultures (no language fluency required).
Experience with safety and EMC certi?cation processes. Audio
Precision test system experience. Preferred. Work Environment
Standard office environment with normal amounts of office related
conditions. Occasionally may be required to work in environmental
conditions that emulate typical user environments in order to
facilitate design testing and validation. Occasionally may be
required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or
