Job Description:
For Good & Company is looking for a Senior Account Manager that
can support a growing and ambitious team. The FG&Co. brand is

Account Manager, you will lead and manage the relationship of one
legacy account, strategically understanding their brand while
supporting and nurturing the partnership between our agency and
account teams. With current work including product launches, retail
activations, content creation, and large scale go-to-market
moments, this role will be a critical piece of the account growth.

leader with at least 5 years of agency account management
experience Strategic and results driven Curious about our clients'

& agency teams to effectively balance expectations You Can Manage,
lead and grow your accounts Nurture meaningful and authentic
relationships with your clients that are rooted in trust Intake
projects from clients and collaborate with them to ensure the
objectives, goals and important details in the brief are well
defined Understand the nuances of client and project needs and work
closely with agency teams to ensure the correct resources and
approach are put towards it Anticipate and align client needs with
the agencies approach for creating cutting edge, results-driven
work Partner with agency teams to present agency capabilities and
project pitches See the big picture with your clients and
proactively uncover new opportunities Build an in-depth knowledge
of, and be conversant in, your client's business industry Manage
the client procurement process including scope of work development,
change orders and PO tracking Successfully onboard new client
contacts within existing accounts DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+
years in account management with a full-service, creative or
experiential agency Brand or agency experience in apparel, footwear
and/or sports marketing A thorough understanding of the agency
process and agency/client relationship model Strong attention to
detail & ability to effectivity multi-task Salary range for this
position DOE. You will receive up to three weeks paid vacation,
thirteen paid holiday days; paid sick time; 100% employer-paid

sitting or standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30

reimbursed), occasional national travel with out-of-town stays as
long as seven days (sometimes longer), non-compete agreement and
