*Overview:*We are seeking a *Full-Time Permanent Staff Physical Therapist having business and leadership experience* to join our *outpatient orthopedic and podiatry-focused clinic in Portland, OR*.*Note - *Candidates with prior leadership experience or advanced certifications (OCS, SCS, etc.) and/or specialty training are strongly encouraged to apply.*Reports To:* Regional Physical Therapy Director*Schedule:* Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (No travel required)*Location:* Portland, Oregon 97229*Compensation & Benefits:* Competitive and based on experience. Includes comprehensive health, medical, and dental plans; paid time off; holiday pay; and opportunities for continuing education.*Key Responsibilities:** Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care supported by current best practices and clinical evidence.* Promote an exceptional patient experience and help drive superior clinical outcomes across the team.* Collaborate with support staff and fellow therapists to ensure clinic efficiency and a positive team culture.* Engage in clinic growth initiatives, including community events and marketing efforts.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR software.* Support and embody the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards.* Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and referring providers.*Qualifications & Requirements:** Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.* Advanced certifications (OCS, SCS, etc.) and/or specialty training preferred.* Demonstrates leadership ability, business-minded thinking, and initiative.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other health professionals.* Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic setting.* HIPAA compliant and professional at all times.* Tech-savvy and capable of using clinical software and tools efficiently.* Motivated, punctual, and dependable.*Culture & Team:*We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
