Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.We are looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or NP) to work full-time at our community-based clinic in Happy Valley, OR. This clinic is part of VCs partnership with Humana.The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and medically-complex patients. Clinicians lead a care team that provides multi-layered support to adults, primarily over the age of 65. The care team includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Dietician, Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse support.Position details:$10,000 starting bonusPlus $10,000 in relocation funds available to those who qualifyNew grads with prior nursing experience will be considered100% outpatientSalaried position with excellent benefitsCollegial and team focused environmentSmaller patient panels to allow time to focus on complex patientsVancouver Clinic is rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
