At Vancouver Clinic (VC), caring for people is our first

looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or NP)
to work full-time at our community-based clinic in Happy Valley,
OR. This clinic is part of VCs partnership with Humana.The ideal
candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and
medically-complex patients. Clinicians lead a care team that
provides multi-layered support to adults, primarily over the age of
65. The care team includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker,
Dietician, Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse support.Position
details:$10,000 starting bonusPlus $10,000 in relocation funds
available to those who qualifyNew grads with prior nursing
