Beaverton, OR 97006, USA Hourly rate of $55 - $65 per hour plus an
uncapped bonus plan $5,000 Signing Bonus We offer the following

Hygiene Technical School or College - Current applicable State
Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of
employment) - Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local
