The department is consists of two providers across two sites. Their patient care is complemented by a full suite of ancillary services including imaging (MRI, CT, Xray, US, Mammography, and Dexa), lab, surgery center, and urgent care via our fully integrated EPIC EMR system. The group provides centralized services that include quality/population health, Rx refills, and clinical call center and wrap-around clinical services such as behavioral health, social work, diabetes services, and COAG clinic.
