Providence Medical Group (PMG) - Marys Woods clinic is seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to lead an established team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In addition to direct-patient care, you will have a defined leadership role as Medical Director overseeing our primary care clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care as part of an integrative team focused on providing high-value care. Additionally, the practice offers a patient-centered medical home model, Epic EMR, and has easy access to Providence Hospitals. Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (0.8 FTE clinical 0.2 FTE Medical Director) Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities include quality improvement projects, supervision, and admin Youll also have the mentorship and support from the current Area Medical Director during a transition period Schedule will be 4 days per week Must have at least 2 years of practice experience Board-certified in Family Medicine Where Youll Work Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon.
