Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring a CT/X-Ray Technologist for a night shift, dual modality role requiring at least 1 year of experience and Epic charting proficiency. Responsibilities - Work in a short-term acute care hospital and Level IV trauma center - Position is a dual CT/X-ray technologist role with a 1:1 patient ratio - Three 12-hour night shifts weekly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including Friday through Sunday weekends - No required floating within hospital units, but may be required to float to nearby affiliate hospitals - Epic EMR is used and experience with Epic is required - No on-call required - Must be able to perform both CT scans and X-rays as part of daily duties - Returning staff must have a 3-month gap before returning as a traveler - A 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate - Must have a vehicle for this assignment - Scrubs of any color or business casual attire are permitted - Must commit to work 3 out of 5 major holidays - All requested time off must be submitted up front; minimal time off is recommended - Travelers refusing to float to affiliate locations may risk termination - Completion of required non-billable pre-start and annual training modules is mandatory Requirements - At least 1 year recent experience as a CT/X-ray technologist - Current relevant certifications required - Epic EMR experience required - License required if applicable - Two supervisory references from the last 3 years covering at least 1 year of experience Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-618769.
