included Highlights: Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care
specialty in an acute care hospital setting Apply the full RN scope
of practice including patient assessment, care planning, and
interdisciplinary collaboration Work with PCU, IMCU, Telemetry, or
Step-Down patient populations Opportunity to provide patient and
family education and deliver high-quality, coordinated care
Documentation in the medical record as part of a collaborative care
team Certification assistance available for candidates willing to
obtain required credentials Requirements: Current Oregon RN license
or willingness to obtain prior to start date Minimum 24 months of
recent Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Telemetry, or
Step-Down experience Acute care hospital experience required ACLS
(AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required or willingness to
obtain Current resume and discipline-specific skills checklist
