Manager. Location: Providence St Vincent Medical Center, Portland,
OR This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift position. We offer an
annual incentive program and a highly competitive paid leadership
time off structure. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external
candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in
addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered

Providence St Vincent is an acute care Medical Center with strong
General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics, and Vascular
programs. Our department consists of 27 operating rooms and
approximately 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports. We

are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Services
Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a
commitment to excellence. As the Surgical Services Manager, you
will oversee the daily operations of our surgical department,
ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. Key
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of 143 staff
members, including 7 direct reports. - Oversee the operations of 27
operating rooms. - Collaborate with various departments to enhance
patient care and surgical outcomes. - Implement and maintain best
practices in surgical procedures and patient safety. - Foster a

qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited
school of nursing. - Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License -
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association -
Must have recent first-line management experience. - 3 years of
Clinical experience. Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree in
