Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individuals functional level and potential. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience. Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
