Licensed Social Worker Location: Albany, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,321 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Social Worker-Clinical Profession: Behavioral Health Specialty: Social Worker-Clinical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid driver's license Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: Experience or education in grief or loss counseling required Description: The Hospice teams support patients and family members through the final stages of their illness. Hospice serves patients in various counties. Services are offered in the home setting, which may include the patient's own residence, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and adult foster homes. Services offered include intermittent skilled nursing visits, pain and symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, and bereavement support. Medications and equipment are included as appropriate. A bachelor's degree in social services, counseling, or a psychology-related area is required. A master's degree is preferred. Experience in hospice is preferred. Additional experience in a medical setting is also preferred. This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile, and the employee must have valid auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law.
