Job Description:
Atlanta Gentle Dental seeks a skilled Orthodontist to join our
dynamic team in providing expert teeth straightening services and
contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality dental care
in a soothing environment. In our clinic, where we emphasize both
functional and aesthetic outcomes, the ideal candidate will handle
various cases ranging from simple alignments to complex bite and
jaw irregularities. This position requires deep expertise in the
latest orthodontic treatments and technologies, as well as a
compassionate approach to patient care. Conduct initial
consultations to diagnose orthodontic needs and develop treatment
plans. Apply braces, retainers, and other orthodontic devices.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies related to orthodontic
care. Collaborate with other dental professionals for comprehensive
patient care. Stay updated on advancements in orthodontics and
participate in continuing education. Manage patient records and
documentation with accuracy and privacy compliance. Proficiency in
using traditional braces and clear aligners Strong diagnostic
skills for orthodontic conditions Excellent manual dexterity and
precision Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Strong
interpersonal and communication skills 401k Licensed Orthodontist
in the state of Georgia Board certification by the American Board
of Orthodontics (ideal but not required)
