Home Health Registered Nurse – Oregon Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Salem/Keizer area and surrounding communities, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week; may include occasional weekend
coverage Highlights: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in
patients' homes with up to 6 visits per day 30 productivity points
standard; well-coordinated routing minimizes drive time between
patient visits Charting in EPIC electronic medical record system
Work with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy,
social services, and interpretation services Serve diverse patient
population including adult and geriatric patients Free parking and
IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided Requirements: Active
Oregon RN license (pending licenses accepted) Minimum 1 year of
skilled home health nursing experience required OASIS documentation
experience required Current BLS certification Reliable personal
transportation required for patient visits COVID-19 primary series
vaccination plus one booster required Proficiency in wound care, IV
therapy, medication management, and phlebotomy Experience with
start of care, admission assessments, recertification, and
discharge processes Two supervisory references covering one year of
