Youll Do (and Rock At) As Clinic Director, youll get to: Build your
dream team hire, train, and inspire a group of 1216 amazing
therapists. Shape the vibe create a culture where staff feel

with heart & accountability coach, mentor, and celebrate staff
while holding high standards. Stay connected to client care carry a

sailing smoothly oversee performance, budgets, and operations

For Masters degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
Independent Oregon license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.). Board-certified
supervisor preferred. Strong leadership chops with a balance of
business skills people skills . A collaborator who thrives in a
