In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment using state-of-the-art resources to treat a diverse caseload of patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to the communication and swallowing needs of patients of all ages. Evaluate patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Consult and collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide holistic patient care. Educate patients and families about communication and swallowing strategies and management. Participate in ongoing professional development and research to improve patient outcomes. Expertise in various speech and language disorders Ability to design and administer appropriate treatment plans Skills in using different diagnostic tools for assessing speech and language impairment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
