As a part of our team, you will support our nurses and doctors by assisting with basic care for patients and ensuring that all procedures and treatments are carried out efficiently, safely, and compassionately. This role requires a keen attention to detail, an enthusiasm for patient care, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of our health system. Assisting nurses and doctors with basic patient care procedures Preparing and maintaining medical equipment and instruments for patient treatments Observing and recording patients' health status and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor Ensuring all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures are followed Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas Providing support and information to patients and their families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in managing multiple tasks Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to adhere to safety and health guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification by the American Heart Association or equivalent
