Description Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Cancer
Institute Willamette Falls in Oregon City, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift
- 4- 10 hour shifts with no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled.
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all

will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated,

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree In
PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or PharmD In
PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Coursework/Training
Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy
Residency or equivalent experience Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License Within 2 years of hire
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties TWO years of
Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant
practice setting - OR - FIVE years of pharmacy practice experience
with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of
PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement. Preferred Qualifications:

for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
