This position will require working in various departments across our extensive healthcare network in Oregon and Washington. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our patient outcomes and maintaining the high standards of nursing care that Legacy Health is known for. Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and record signs within electronic health records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and health maintenance. Implement infection control protocols and maintain safety standards. Participate in professional development and ongoing education sessions. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Valid RN license in the state of Oregon or Washington Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on department assignment
