Kaiser Permanente Georgia seeks a dedicated Temporary Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide timely, compassionate, and top-quality care in our fast-paced emergency units. As an integral part of our team, the RN will administrate critical care nursing, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards of our integrated health system. Provide immediate clinical care to patients in emergency situations. Assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care plans, and document treatment. Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care in a holistic manner. Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on treatment and recovery protocols. Excellent clinical skills in an emergency or trauma setting Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team High level of stamina and resilience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association or similar
