telehealth with quarterly facility travel Focus on older adult
populations in skilled nursing facilities Supervise mid-level
providers and lead interdisciplinary teams Conduct psychiatric
evaluations and crisis consultations Perform Gradual Dose Reduction
evaluations for psychotropic medications Regional medical director
role with clinical oversight responsibilities Experience in
long-term care settings preferred DEA license required Our services
