Job Description:

and high-quality medical services. We seek a dedicated Patient
Safety Attendant to join our team. This role requires vigilance and
a compassionate approach to ensure patient safety and support
medical staff by directly observing patients who may be at risk for
adverse events such as falls, self-harm, or other safety concerns.
Maintain continuous, direct observation of assigned patients to
ensure their safety and well-being. Communicate effectively with
medical staff regarding any changes or concerns related to the
patient's condition. Assist in the prevention of falls, self-harm,
and other risk factors. Document observations and interventions in
patient medical records. Support the patient's comfort and safety
measures, following protocols diligently. Effective communication
Strong observational skills Capability to recognize and report
changes in patient condition Ability to follow detailed
instructions Crisis intervention techniques Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR
certification required. Other certifications related to healthcare
or patient care may be advantageous.
