Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Canby, OR Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,284 to $1,484 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Canby, OR. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with the details. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Oregon COTA state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client requires prior experience with restorative program implementation and ADL training in a post-acute or long-term care setting. Ability to work with patients with cognitive impairment and complex medical needs. Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
