Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job
in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited program approved by the APTA. - Active Oregon
Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. - BLS
certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience working
in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. - Experience with
nethealth/PCC documentation system preferred. - Client requires
submission of resume to start credentialing process. /n /n

Shift Name: Days. - Candidate may be required to float to other
