dishes? The newly renovated Hotel Stevenson is looking for a Junior
Chef wanting to get a start in the industry. 77 Cork & Tap Bistro
located inside the hotel, our small bistro is a wine bar with a few
beers on tap and offers small plate food items. If you enjoy
plating, serving and interacting with some of the friendliest
customers around, join our team! The charming boutique hotel and
bistro just opened mid-March, 2022!Position Summary: Kitchen person
in charge is responsible for preparing food according to
instructions and production guidelines while adhering to food
safety, food handling, and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities
include greeting bistro & hotel guests, delegation of
responsibilities in kitchen, dining rooms & common areas. Setting
up workstation with all needed fresh ingredients, is organized and
prepared at all times. Properly stores food by adhering to food
safety policies and procedures. Cleans and sanitizes work areas,
equipment, and utensils Maintains excellent customer services and
positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers,
etc. Ensures security of company assets. Other duties and tasks as
assigned by manager.Must have a Washington State Food Handlers Card
and Washington State Class 12 Alcohol Server PermitCome join our
