Job Description:
NYSE Fortune 500 global leader is committed to hiring a highly
visible Strategic HR Performance and Organizational Development
Manager, supporting leadership development and influencing the
implementation of global strategies across the organization. This
individual will be earmarked for succession planning and promotion
to a Sr. Manager role within 24 -36 months. The ideal candidate
must have "thick skin", She, or He must have mentored abilities &
capable of promotion within 24 - 36 months. Base salary will vary
based on the individual's accomplishments but will likely range
from $130K - $140K + Bonus and an excellent benefits package. "Our
client is committed to hiring top talent and there may be some
flexibility on the compensation package for the right individual."
A Successful Leadership Background: --- BS / BA --- Several years
human resources generalist skills in manufacturing, distribution,
or logistics in a union plant. --- Ability to build relationships
with key stakeholders, understanding the business objectives,
providing an outside-in lens (plant roadmap, people plan, factory
of the future) --- Lead people process/impact, plant transformation
and effective change management --- Creative training skills
including instructor led and eLearning content. --- Excellent
written and communication skills. --- Experience working with Lean
Six Sigma to drive high performance, TPM a plus.
