Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a flexible approach to work which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Distribution Associate - All Shifts Location: Ridgefield, WA Pay Range: $19 an hour with $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2pm Shift: Day Shift: 4:30 am start, Swing Shift: 2:30 pm start, Night Shift: Sun - Thurs schedule What's the Job? Pick and collect items from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications. Ensure accuracy and quality of items collected before packaging or staging. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy and items picked per hour. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
