*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.*Duties** Assist in implementing treatment programs as established by the physical therapist* Work with patients across various settings including clinics, inpatient facilities, pediatrics, home health, and skilled nursing facilities* Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals* Support patients with activities and exercises to help improve mobility and relieve pain* Assist in conducting therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' well-being* Aid in discharge planning and follow-up care instructions*Requirements** Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology* Experience or willingness to work in diverse settings such as clinics, inpatient facilities, pediatrics, home health, and skilled nursing facilities* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team* Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients* Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification#RN01Job Types: Contract, Travel nursingPay: $47.50 - $73.78 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Referral program* Relocation assistanceMedical Specialty:* Home HealthSchedule:* 5x8* Day shift* Morning shiftExperience:* Home health: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
