With the ability to scale quickly, we're the ideal home for industry trailblazers seeking bigger opportunities.The Goal:Purelight Power is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our Residential Roofing Division - a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, recruiting, and training. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone ready to take the lead in launching and scaling our roofing division across the Pacific Northwest- primarily Oregon and Washington. The right candidate will be tasked with building and leading a team of 20 - 30 sales reps by August, and will work closely with and report directly to the founder and owner of the company.Requirements:We are looking specifically for an individual who:Recognized, Established Leader in Roofing SalesConsistently Exceeds Sales TargetsTrack Record of Closing High-Value Roofing ContractsDemonstrated Success in Residential & Commercial (optional) Roofing SalesHigh Conversion RatesStrong emotional IQCompensation: Base salary of $80,000 and w/ bonuses, a realistic OTE of $200,000+ (1099 NSE)Benefits:We provide a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
