Job Description:
BIS, a leader in innovative software and digital solutions for
business process enhancement, is seeking a highly motivated Medical
Device Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses
on expanding our foothold in the healthcare sector by promoting and
selling our cutting-edge medical devices and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of medical
technology, combined with strong sales acumen, to effectively drive
product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce medical
device products to new and existing healthcare markets. Maintain
high-level knowledge of current medical technologies and trends to
effectively communicate benefits and features to clients. Build and
sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and
facilities. Provide detailed demonstrations and presentations of
medical devices to prospects and clients. Negotiate contracts and
close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor and report on sales
performance analytics. Attend industry conferences and seminars to
keep up-to-date with industry developments and expand professional
network. Provide feedback to R&D teams on market needs and
product improvements. Proven sales experience in the medical
devices or healthcare sector. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present complex
products to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and closing
skills. Highly self-motivated and target-driven. Proficient in CRM
software and sales management tools. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Sales Management (CSM) preferred. Relevant medical devices training
and certifications are highly beneficial.
