in onboard video processing. Sightline is seeking a talented
candidate to join our empowered team of hardware and software

growing customer base. Sightline is an agile, innovative company
developing onboard video processing systems for the autonomous
vehicle industry (UAV, drone, robot, etc.). Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Director of Business Development for Strategic
Accounts, the Account Manager at Sightline Intelligence is
instrumental in driving the direction and engagement of our
strategic accounts. Focus on leading initiatives that enhance
customer satisfaction and drive business growth, aligning with
Sightline’s mission to deliver best-in-class imaging solutions.
Foster a collaborative culture between account management,
technical teams, and operations to ensure seamless service, product
delivery, and client communication, reflecting our values and
agility to react to evolving customer needs. Summary of Essential
Job Functions Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary
point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent
communication and alignment with client needs. Account Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client
goals, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. Customer
Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company,
collaborating with internal teams to influence priorities, address
client needs, and uphold high-quality service. Right Size the
Solution: Identify the right technology to meet customer use cases;
educate on the benefits of mission success using additional
features when appropriate. Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and
resolve client issues, escalating and seeking internal expertise
when needed to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Account
Performance & Insights: Track account health, performance, and
growth indicators, delivering insights and recommendations to
internal and external stakeholders. Travel & Event Participation:
Represent the company at trade shows and customer site visits to
demonstrate our technology and build strong, in-person
relationships. Role requires approximately 30% domestic and
international travel. Primary Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
business, engineering or a related field (or equivalent mix of
education and experience). Experience in account management, sales,
and customer relationship management from the aerospace,
manufacturing, software, or technology industries. Proven
experience learning new technologies, selling technical products,
and collaborating with engineers to handle complex customer
requests. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive
strategic decisions. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a
fast-paced, results-driven environment. Must have or be able to
obtain a U.S. passport for business travel needs. Benefits
Compensations range from $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on
experience. The estimated salary band will be adjusted accordingly
based on the candidate’s relevant expertise. We are open to hiring
candidates with varying levels of experience. Compensation includes
11 paid holidays, PTO (20 days earned over the first year), health
insurance, dental, vision, life/disability, 401K match, incentive
plan, schedule flexibility, parental leave, and education
reimbursement. About Sightline Sightline Intelligence has two
offices: Hood River and Portland, OR. The Hood River office
includes sales, software engineering, and support teams. Our
Portland office includes manufacturing, software, hardware
engineering, and QA teams. The two offices are in constant
communication and get together regularly to discuss ongoing
projects and new opportunities. We work in an open office setting
where we actively communicate about projects and customers
