Medication Specialist : Provide safe and accurate medication
administration to clients and provide appropriate and timely
documentation. Builds rapport with clients (children and
adolescents), providing daily support, services, and treatments
according to their level of education and within their scope of
practice Performs patient/client care responsibilities, considering
needs specific to the standard of care for the age of the
