Main Responsibilities of a Receptionist: Greeting and assisting clients Handling a variety of administrative support tasks Providing outstanding customer service Receptionist Job Description: We are looking for a qualified receptionist to welcome and greet our guests, direct them around the motel property and local area (i.e. activities, beach access points, dining, etc.), and handle our various administrative support tasks. He or she will need to handle a variety of tasks, such as taking and routing phone calls, assisting guests at check-in or departure, and provide an outstanding guest experience. Knowledge of the area is a plus but not required. Applicants must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences. Responsibilities of a Receptionist: Welcoming and greeting clients Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized Providing delightful customer service Directing clients around the office, property, and local area Answering and forwarding phone calls Copying, faxing and performing other administrative tasks Receptionist Job Requirements: Experience as a receptionist is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great telephone communication skills Great organizational skills Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs Good time-management skills Customer-centric approach Professional and friendly disposition Ability to work in a team Willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks Work schedule Weekend availability Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday 8 hour shift Benefits Flexible schedule Paid training
