with over 25,000 installations worldwide. Trusted at every level,

Change the Game for athletes and facility owners. The Estimator
supportsFieldTurfs' Project Management team.Reporting to
theRegional Manager of CustomerOperations, theincumbent willbe
responsibleforplanning, direct,monitoring, andcoordinatingprojects
in the bidding phase.Leading the bidding phase of construction
projects.This roleis responsible forcoordinating multiple bids
simultaneously, developingaccurateand competitive estimates,
managing risk, and ensuring all bid requirements are met on time
and in compliance with regulations.This role follows a hybrid
schedule and may be based out of any of the following offices:
Auburn Hills, MI; Calhoun, GA; or Tualatin, OR. (One position
available) While the role may be based in a different location,
working hours will align with West Coast business hours.

world-class venue. Whatyou'lldo: Bid & Project Planning Plan,
direct, and coordinate multiple bids within an assigned territory.
Define scope, schedule, and budget for bids, including quotes,
qualifications, documentcontrol, negotiations, and compliance.
Manage the contract process in collaboration
withtheProjectManagerand clients. Pre-Bid & Estimating Activities
Review plans, specifications, and project scope. Perform
materialtake-offs and confirm synthetic turf pricing. Request and
evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes; pre-qualify
subcontractors. Review general and supplemental conditions
andidentifyscoperisks with mitigation recommendations. Prepare
estimates and profitability targets with support from leadership.
Submit RFIs to Owners and Architects/Engineers asrequired. Bid
Execution & Coordination Chair weekly bid tracking calls
withregionalteams. Maintain bid activity metrics and reporting.
Prepare andsubmitfinal bid packages. Assistwith bid documentation
including schedules, narratives,scopeclarifications, alternates,
unit pricing, and key personnel information. Lead bid reviews and
verify completion of required documentation, permits, and local
compliance items What you need for success: Minimum of 5 years of
relevant experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
Experience in the construction and/or turf industry is a strong
asset. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong general construction
knowledge (drawings, specifications, materials, and methods). Solid
understanding of bid preparation, quantity take-offs, subcontractor
procurement, and bid-closing processes. Ability to analyze market
conditions, business trends, and competitive information. Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills with a client-focused mindset. Strong relationship-building
skills with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel
skills. Team-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced,
high-pressure environments. Able to work West Coast hours ( Pacific
