Required Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of practice - 2 years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, and/or families Preferred Qualifications: - Experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) - Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions - Proven ability to complete diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and provide direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting - Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
