Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Corvallis, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,000 to $2,160 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $50.00 - $54.00/Hourly. Summary: The Surgical Technologist assists surgeons and the perioperative team in providing safe, effective care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This role is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, preparing operating rooms, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team before, during, and after surgery. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control and safety standards Scrub and assist during surgical procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies Anticipate surgeon needs and respond promptly during procedures Perform accurate surgical counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, One (1) year scrubbing CVOR/Open Heart procedures experience or two (2) years acute care scrubbing experience required, BLS Certification, Experience or training in computer applications preferred.
